Cricket Predictor 2026 — Contest Rules

1. About the Contest

The Stepney Cricket Predictor 2026 is a free-to-enter skill-based contest run by Stepney (operated by Sixmend Technologies). Participants predict the winner of each day's featured cricket match. The participant with the most correct predictions at the end of the season wins a prize.

No purchase, payment, or entry fee is required to participate.

2. Eligibility

• Open to residents of India aged 18 years and above.
• Not available to residents of Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Assam, Nagaland, and Odisha due to local regulations.
• Employees of Sixmend Technologies and their immediate family members are not eligible.
• Participants must provide a valid Indian mobile number for OTP verification.

3. How to Participate

• Visit stepney.sixmend.com/ipl before the day's match begins.
• Tap the team you predict will win today's match.
• Verify your mobile number via OTP (one-time, for the full season).
• One prediction per match per participant. Predictions cannot be changed after submission.
• Predictions are locked at the match start time — late entries are not accepted.

4. Winner Determination

• The participant with the highest number of correct predictions at the end of the season wins.
• Tiebreaker: In case of a tie, the participant who registered earliest (first OTP verification timestamp) wins.
• Stepney's determination of the winner is final and binding.

5. Prize

• The winner receives one (1) Amazon Gift Voucher worth ₹3,000 (Indian Rupees three thousand).
• The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• The winner will be contacted via their registered mobile number within 30 days of the season ending.
• If the winner cannot be reached within 14 days of contact attempts, the prize is forfeited and may be awarded to the next eligible participant.
• The prize is subject to applicable taxes; any tax liability rests with the winner.

6. Fair Play & Disqualification

• Each participant may register only one account using one mobile number.
• Multiple accounts, use of bots, or any attempt to manipulate the contest will result in immediate disqualification.
• Stepney reserves the right to disqualify any participant for fraudulent, misleading, or unsportsmanlike behaviour at its sole discretion.

7. Modification & Cancellation

Stepney reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the contest at any time without prior notice, including changes to the prize, contest duration, or eligibility criteria. Participants will not be entitled to any compensation in such cases.

8. No Affiliation

This contest is independently run by Stepney (Sixmend Technologies). It is not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, or associated with the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI), the Indian Premier League (IPL), TATA Group, or any cricket team or player.

9. Data & Privacy

Personal data collected during registration (name and mobile number) is used solely to operate this contest — to verify your identity, record your predictions, and contact you if you win. Data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

10. Governing Law

These rules are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kerala, India.
